CHECK NAME AVAILABILITY
Generally, a Series Limited Liability Company ("LLC") in Texas may use any permissible name that is not the same as or deceptively similar to existing corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, or other Series LLCs. You may verify that the name you have selected for your new Texas Series LLC is available. There is no fee for this service.
Series LLC Check Name Availability
Most states do not require you to reserve a name for your entity before
forming your Series LLC. Therefore, once you have determined that the name you have
selected for your new Series LLC is available, you may proceed to Step 2 to form
your Series LLC. Note: Some states that allow you to form your Series LLC online will perform
a name search for your entity as part of the online filing process.
