Alaska

A foreign limited liability company may register to do business in the State of Alaska by filing a document called the Application for Registration with the Alaska Secretary of State. The filing fee is $350.

Arizona

A foreign limited liability company may register to o business in the State of Arizona by filing a document called the Application for Registration with the Arizona Secretary of State. The filing fee is $150 (include an additional $35 for expedited service).

Arkansas

A foreign limited liability company may register to do business in the State of Arizona by filing a document called the Application for Registration with the Arkansas Secretary of State. The filing fee is $300.

California

A foreign limited liability company may register to do business in the State of California by filing a document called the Application for Registration with the California Secretary of State. The filing fee is $70.

Colorado

Connecticut

District of Columbia

Florida

Iowa

Kansas

Kentucky

Minnesota

Mississippi

A foreign limited liability company may register to do business in the State of Mississippi by filing the following documents with the Mississippi Secretary of State: (i) Application for registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company, and (ii) Application for Appointment of Registered Agent. The filing fee is $250 for the Application for registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company and $25 for the Application for Appointment of Registered Agent.

Tennessee

The filing fee is $50 per member- minimum fee of $300 or a maximum fee of $3,000.

Texas

Utah

West Virginia

Wisconsin

The filing fee is $100 (if you were doing business in Wisconsin without a certificate - a penalty will apply).

Wyoming
